Steaks are cooked to your liking over an open grill – you can even watch the Chefs in action via the wall mounted plasma screens. Dinner includes Entree, Main and your choice of dessert.

King prawn and avocado cocktail with a gazpacho dressing
Crispy Ottaway pork belly served on a pea and apple salad, plum dressing
Roasted pumpkin and bell pepper strudel with a cheese fondue

Main

Grilled rib eye of beef served on a red onion compote and Shiraz glaze
Grilled eye fillet of beef served on sautéed Savoy cabbage and crystal bay prawns
Seared fillet of Baby barramundi served with a clam and broad bean sauce
Roasted rack of lamb served on a puree of haricot beans with a current and pine nut jus
Porcini & wild mushroom risotto with fresh herbs shaved parmesan and truffle oil
Mains are served with herb roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Dessert

Royal chocolate bar, pistachio and white chocolate macaroon, cointreu strawberries and vanilla bean ice cream
