First time dining at Steakhouse Pier 35. Attend the "Super Tuesday" deal dinner this week - food was nice/beautifully presented. Chef & kitchen staffs are very friendly and approachable even when they are busy. Compliment glass of moscato by Mickie was very thoughtful / shows that services are at high standards. Keep up the good work. Will bring friends to join me for dinner again soon..!! i'm checking out the birthday cake on offer - which will ensure next birthday party will be at Steakhouse Pier 35..!!!! - Teresa
To everyone that was involved in the Degustation Dinner on the 8th July - I just wanted to say THANK YOU.
What a wonderful combination, of a beautiful atmosphere, wonderful location, delectable food and perfectly matched wines. I really enjoyed the evening. The waiting staff were so friendly and attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

of us enjoyed our lunch at Pier 35 on Tuesday 10 April 2007.
In time I hope to bring some friends along for the "Super
Tuesday" Lunch menu. I am sure that they will enjoy the
wonderful environment (sitting outside watching the water activities,
Westgate Bridge traffic; and of course enjoying the great food!
Already I have mentioned the great food served at your restaurants
to friends who enjoy dining out. - Rose

would like to thank you and your staff for looking after the
Savcor group on Monday 19 March at the Steakhouse. I was asked
to convey that the food and service were excellent and the evening
was most enjoyable. Unfortunately
I forgot to mention that one of the guest was a vegetarian,
however I believe he also was well looked after.

I
wish to bring to your attention, the superb Customer Satisfaction
traits that was displayed by the evening Manageress, Natalia,
and her very friendly and warm crew on that night, which made
my dinner, with my wife and daughter, a very memorable one,
from the first experience we had sometime back. When we arrived,
the greeting from Natalia was a very warm one, and when I introduced
myself to her, I realised that the dinner would be to our perfection.
The
drinks were very well presented and very quick to arrive at
the table, the courtesy, was one hundred percent what I expected
and the friendliness of the staff that night, in Susie, Micheal,
Derrick, Maria, and Natalia was something that will always bring
us back to the Steakhouse Grill. The food was to perfection
and our compliments to the Chef - a Japanese young man - and
there was nothing anyone could complain about even from the
other tables, as I was watching the service being provided all
diners through the glass reflection near the entry. My wife
being a Chef in a Private Hospital commented on the presentation,
taste, temperature and timing of each dish, dessert and coffee.
In
all, it was great to be served by this very professional crew
- not knowing them at all - and I would appreciate if you can
pass on our most sincerest thanks for a job WELL DONE!.
